The figures below are Emily’s proposed rates. Your written quote will confirm the services, charging basis and total costs for your property.
VAT treatment is not yet confirmed. The quote must state any applicable tax and the total payable, including any minimum charge, travel or extra attendance.
Property care and keyholding
By agreement
Care for an unoccupied home or a property kept for your own visits is quoted individually. The price depends on the visits, access arrangements and work required.

Ongoing landlord support

The draft schedule lists rent tracking, monthly owner statements, utility bill forwarding, tenant liaison, routine property oversight and annual expense records. Your quote will confirm the tasks and visits included, how the percentage is calculated and any minimum charge.

Optional services
These proposed charges apply only to work agreed for your property. Your quote will distinguish included work from separately charged tasks.

The bill-payment processing fee is separate from the utility bill itself. The contractor oversight fee is separate from the contractor’s charges. Your quote will confirm the invoice amount used for the 10% calculation and whether office attendance is charged by visit or registration.
Questions about services and fees
Will every fee on this page apply to my property?
Only the work and charges agreed for your property apply. An optional rate is not an automatic extra: the quote will identify what is included in ongoing support and which tasks, if any, are charged separately.
Does the 12% rate apply to a vacant home?
The proposed 12% rate is based on monthly rental income for ongoing landlord administration. Vacant-home care and standalone keyholding need an individual quote.
Are these final prices?
No. The rates are proposed and remain subject to Emily’s confirmation. Ask for a written quote covering the work, visit arrangements, calculation basis, tax treatment and total charges before you agree to the service.
